Exchange Bank & Trust offers an “Overdraft Privilege Program” (ODP), a discretionary Overdraft Protection service. It is necessary to OPT-IN to this service. If you elect to OPT-IN to the Overdraft Privilege Program offered by Exchange Bank & Trust, it is understood that payment of any nonsufficient funds transaction is not guaranteed by this program and that all applicable charges may be applied to these items whether paid or returned.
Acceptance in this program will be based on account performance and deposit activity for a period of no less than 30 days prior to granting the privilege. You will be given notice upon acceptance into the program and provided with an Overdraft Privilege Policy Service Description1 containing ODP administration information and potential charges.
